چکیده
Tyrimo tikslas – rasti 2tCD ir divertikuliozės išsivystymo sąsajas bei išsiaiškinti paplitimą tarp sergančiųjų, remiantis moksline literatūra. Atliekant šią sisteminę apžvalgą, siekdami palyginti šių ligų patogenezę, rėmėmės lietuviškos literatūros žiniomis užsienio straipsniais atliktais tyrimais. Remdamiesi rastais duomenimis, priėjome išvadą, jog patofiziologija išlieka potenciali sfera mokslininkų nagrinejimams, o bendrų užuomazgų jau ieškoma. Panašu, kad vakarietiškas gyvenimo būdas, visceralinis nutukimas, disbiozė, hiperglikemijos žala enterinei nervų sistemai, estrogenų stoka moterims prisideda prie abiejų vystymosi, metformino vartojimas galimai yra apsauginis veiksnys nuo divertikulito.
